Background Screening
All Association Directors will need to ensure that each Team Personnel/Staff Member within their Association, completes the following Background Screening Submission:

The Background Screening will cover a 2-year check
and is good for the 2024 and 2025 Seasons
​
Each Team Personnel/Staff Member will pay the $25 Background Screening Fee
at the Checkout Page
